“The Terroir” Series is focused on my research done on wine. I researched the production of six wines that account for 80% of US wine consumption - Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay- and mapped connections between the countries around the world that produce them.
