This is a painting of M.E. Sensenbrenner, Mayor of Columbus from 1954-1959 and 1964-1971. Sensenbrenner is wearing a dark blue suit, a white shirt, a diagonally striped tie, and a white handkerchief in his PL breast pocket. His hair is parted on the PL and is slightly receding. He is smiling. Sensenbrenner's body is facing slightly to the PR, but he is looking straight on. The painting is framed in a white mat, and in turn framed with a dark wood frame, with a gold border on the inside edge.
