Terre was originally conceived as a companion to *Sol*, inspired by the idea, “We’re not so different, you and I.” As the two pieces developed, each took on a distinct presence, and I chose to let them stand separately.

Terre carries a soft, introspective gaze, as though she communicates through thought alone.
