Tina Mewhinney is a watercolor artist based in Dallas, Texas. She enjoys painting realistic portraits and landscapes in an expressive style. Tina has studied drawing and watercolor under several nationally recognized artists but is mostly self-taught. Her watercolors have been accepted into regional and national juried exhibitions.
