Statement

I am an artist in soul and a dancer in spirit. I am inspired by music, movement, and dance. For me they have parallel considerations using different vocabularies. I think of composition, color, marks, and shapes as sounds conveying mood, rhythms, texture and space.

My intention is to embrace the “fiercely feminine” and to be my authentic self. I take great joy in the act of creating. In my process I try to stay open, allowing intuitive impulses to guide me. I relish the revelations I may find along the way. For me, creating is an irrepressible urge and journey into the discovery and mystery that defines who I am.
