This piece feels like trying to find something holy in the middle of noise, exhaustion, and emotional static.
The fluorescent pink pushes hard against the darker marks and heavy black passages, almost like hope refusing to quiet down even when everything around it feels worn out or overstimulated. There’s chaos in it, but also restraint. Parts feel loud and impulsive. Other parts feel almost buried.
I remember letting this one stay unresolved on purpose. I didn’t want to clean it up into something pretty. I wanted it to feel alive. A little reckless. Like a prayer muttered under your breath while sitting in traffic, heartbroken and still trying anyway.
