The Trees Watch brings a memory of a quiet moment among Paper Birch trees in autumn. Warm reds and yellows layer a rich background that fades from golden at the top to deep crimson red below. Thin vertical streaks, similar to tree trunks, move unevenly across the canvas, creating a natural rhythm. Thick layers of oil and cold wax add texture and depth, catching light and inviting a quiet closer look. Cool blues and blacks provide contrast, balancing the warm colors. This piece speaks of the simple beauty of autumn trees standing still and watching over the landscape.
Each painting I create is presented in one of my handmade maple frames, wired and ready for installation. All materials I choose are archival, ensuring long-term preservation and quality.
