I went to the coast of Maine to paint with a group of artists. As you know, I love my bright colors. I was stumped, however, at the cool misty air, which was not electric at all but quiet and peaceful. The view reminded me so much of being in a Monet painting. I changed up my paint palette and painted what I saw in front of me. If only Monet was there with me painting…I kind of feel like he was. Bliss
