This is one of my first attempts at a portrait and one of my earliest dives into oils from acrylics. I took a beginner portrait class at LeMoyne Art Gallery. The instructor wanted us to bring a photo with HANDS showing. An older person would have had more character, but I thought this younger one would be easier. This is my grandson, Cooper.
