Elaine Blue, my collaborator, wrote a poem about the Garbage Man, he came to the alley and found her husband's old clothes in alley and started trying them on. She saw this out of the window and wrote a poem called, "Oh Garbage Man" which I illustrated.
This print was exhibited with the poems being read by Elaine Blue at the Department of Culture and History in Scott Depot, WV. A grant was provided by Kentucky Foundation for Women.
