Saluda Shoals is a wonderful local park. It runs along the banks of the Saluda River downstream from the dam that created Lake Murray. It has many wonderful paved and natural walking trails through native woodlands and river access for kayaking.

I was treated to this fabulous view one day while walking in the park with a friend and our furry friends.
