Born in 1979 in Istanbul. She discovers her passion for painting from a young age and begins to study painting under the guidance of Orhan Dayal in 1995. This period stands out as a critical phase that shaped her artistic expression.
After spending three years in Dayal's studio, the artist continued her painting education under İlhami Atalay and developed her own artistic identity in this process. In the early 2000s, he deepened his interest in the art of photography and added a new dimension to his works. She often tries to use the dramatic and semantic power of shadows and reflections in her works.
In the following years, he further enriched his works with sculpture and collage. This versatility is clearly visible in the Migration with Contemporary Works Exhibition held in 2017. In this exhibition, he exhibits works from various disciplines such as painting, photography, graphic arts, collage and sculpture, and deals with the deep effects and emotional reflections of the phenomenon of migration on human beings.
The artist's diversity continues at Re'start Gallery, which he opened in Kabataş in 2020. This gallery serves both as a platform to exhibit his own works and as a platform enriched by the participation of other artists. In addition, the artist still continues his artistic pursuits in Painter Cemal Toy's studio in Balat and in his own studio, continuing his efforts to contribute to the art world.
The artist's adventure is a journey that extends from the historical texture of Istanbul to works adorned with the possibilities of contemporary art.
