Artist Statement: As a visual artist, I immerse myself in a vibrant mix of mediums, crafting pieces that embody abstract realism. My work celebrates texture with shimmering gold leaf, flowing acrylic drips, and dynamic lines, evoking emotions of beauty, hope, and joy.

Originally from the Philippines, I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Garcia College of Technology in 1991. After becoming a U.S. citizen in 2014 and settling in Clarksville in 2017, I embraced a profound transformation—transitioning from a three-decade career in fitness training to following my true passion for painting. During the isolation of COVID-19, I discovered my love for mixed media while creating watercolor greeting cards.

Guided by faith and a deep sense of purpose, I focus on painting the positive side of my challenging past. My art reflects my journey, inviting viewers to explore a narrative of resilience and inspiration. Join me on this emotional journey, where every piece tells a story of beauty and hope.
