Spencer came to Art With Soul in 2018. Spencer is the hardest working man we know. Greeting everyone with a smile and the phrase, “Hello Artist”. He finds joy in working hard and finishing what he has started. His favorite day is Taco Tuesday, and he loves to dance. Although he enjoys most art activities in the studio, he finds his flow when making his Spencer circles. Using markers, tempera paint sticks or colored pencils he starts the creative process one color at a time by drawing a small continuous line of small, medium and large circular shapes. They feel the page from left to right and then he repeats the process again and again in different colors until he is satisfied with the saturation of the medium. Magical layers that blend together to create a very rich and satisfying palette in various color schemes. Circle art is his favorite. You can’t help but take a double take when viewing his work.
