Alex came to Art With Soul in 2023. Alex loves architecture and a quaint yellow house near his home. He spends time at home doing chores like vacuuming and cleaning the bathroom so he can live independently someday. A few of his favorite sports are dodgeball and football. One of his favorite things to do is to play catch with the football. He has the unique ability of looking in one direction while throwing the ball in another. Alex has been drawing forever. Alexs work is a reflection of his perspective of the world. He works swiftly, never stopping to erase or contemplate the lines on the paper. The lines come together in perfect linear and aerial perspective. Using a fine sharpie marker, the black and white drawing is usually enough. However, he is often tempted to finish it in medium-value watercolors or gouache that add a bit of pop to the scape he has drawn. Alex doesn’t think much about his upcoming pieces until the idea pops into his head. He likes it when people ask him if he really drew something.
