The piece depicts the Police Department's caring, compassionate, and dedicated service to the community while also representing their commitment to protect. The sculpture was funded in part by an Adams County SCFD grant and the Citizen's Police Academy Alumni Association. The sculpture is located in the front of the Thornton Justice Center, to the west of City Hall.
