Funded in part by an Adams County SCFD grant, "Celebration" has six icons representing soccer, football, baseball, dance, tennis & the annual City festivals that take place on the multi-purpose fields south of the Margaret Carpenter Recreation Center.
The sculpture paint and protective clear coat finish were restored up in 2024 to keep "Celebration" looking bright and cheerful for years to come.
