Blue Point is inspired by Blue Point Marina on Oak Island, North Carolina where I retreat to my island studio for solitude and creative bliss. The painting was created from the interplay between my imagination and the ocean, the dolphins and sea birds, the live oaks and the harbor. It is a blend of the beauty of my aquatic surroundings with the world inside my heart.
