Vikram Madan grew up in India and became an engineer like everyone else. Many, many years later, in 2012, he woke up one day to realize he had completely missed his calling, promptly quit his day job, enrolled in an art school, followed his heart into the visual and literary arts, and never looked back. He currently lives near Seattle where he creates whimsical narrative art that warms hearts and puts smiles on faces. It's his way of trying to make the world a better place, one positive emotional reaction at a time.
Statement
Did any of us ever grow up? I don't think so. My art is an attempt to rekindle our lost sense of innocence and generate more positive emotions in the world. Also I want people to see that fine art can be fun and uplifting.
