The Mathilda is a historic 1898 steam tugboat displayed at the Hudson River Maritime Museum on the Rondout Landing waterfront in Kingston, NY. It features a distinctive black and white smokestack, characteristic of the Cornell Steamboat Company fleet.

Contact print from the in-camera 8"x10" negative, on a spectacularly hand coated 11"x14" piece on handmade paper. Signed, titled, dated, numbered '1/15" under print but no others were made. Professionally archivally matted in a 16"x20" black metal frame.
