The title is a play on the ballet term "pas de chat" and consists of 16 in-camera 2-1/4" Hasselblad negatives assembled and glued together with motion picture splicing cement, then contact printed in Platinum on a sheet of Arches platine. The image area is 10"x10" and the paper is 15"x14"

The photograph is signed on the bottom right. Titled, dated, signed and numbered verso. Numbered "4/50" but one of only a handful ever printed.
