Tuula Joutsen is a listed Finnish artist and printmaker, renowned for her etchings and aquatints. In the mid-1980's she moved to London and studied at the Royal College of Art where her work was selected for the prestigious RCA Portfolio in 1986. In the late 2000's she was leading various printmaking courses at the GPC in South-west England. Her work is in the Finnish National Gallery and other museums and collections globally.
