My 1st finished painting of 2025. I call it Polar Bear Plunge, 100x70 cm acrylic /mixed media foil technique on canvas🧊 🐻‍❄ ❄️ The funny thing is that just moments after photographing this on the balcony, I heard a strange sound approaching the studio, almost like a train or a distant alarm starting to whir (and a black cloud on the horizon). I brought the art inside, and HAIL started to dump on us! 🧊⛈️❄️☄️ It was very exciting - loud, quick, and short-lived. Now, the sun is out, blue skies open up, and everything has melted. The hail stones were shaped like cones! 😱 You know, I'm inspired by nature. I didn't expect such a nice surprise today! 🧊
