A figure rises from a shifting sea of blue — part memory, part reflection. Built with layered washes, spontaneous ink movement, and torn Yupo fragments, this piece captures the moment when form begins to take shape out of freedom. It’s about surrendering control, following instinct, and trusting the pull of what wants to be revealed.
She rose from the sea, not as a mermaid, not as a myth, but as herself.

Ships flat for preservation due to delicate collage and textured surface. Packaged securely between archival boards with glassine protection and certificate of authenticity.
