This piece is part of the 'The scent of Greek summer' collection comprising of 21 paintings depicting the rich and sensual experience of summer time in Greece. I spent my time between Greece and the UK - painting and living in these two different countries has been an absolute joy. The light is different, the scents and flavours are different, life is different. I tried to depict this unique Greek summer experience through the use of colour and abstract composition.
