"Fractured Sunlight" is an abstract fused glass painting consisting of overlapping, rectangular and square shapes in a variety of warm colors including red, orange, yellow, and brown, with occasional green accents. I then use a fluid writing pen to add black outlines and accents giving this piece a mid-century modern vibe. Additional colored glass are added to the surface giving it texture and interest. The overall effect is dynamic and geometric, suggesting movement and complexity within a structured form The glass is adhered to a 24"x6"x2" wood panel and is ready to hang.

I added a glass "tattoo" design on the whitewashed side of the panel which mimics the front and adds interest.
