Another in my "warrior" series. Sculpted CoLorField painting. Polyester fabric drenched in laytex paint, scrunched over a canvas, dried and then re-painted with oil. This piece represents a tree with a sparrow (actually photo by me of a wren) is singing its heart out. Why yellow background? The sun is shining! Created and inspired by poem by beloved friend Cathy (Barber) Brenner.
