This “architectural” piece of folded fabric, was made from soaking polyester fabric in acrylic paint, draping and scrunching over a canvas. Another layer of orange oil paint (mixed w medium) gives it luster. I am drawn, to bold, jewel tone-colors. This piece is also reminiscent of California poppies.
