Ann Travis grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and moved to Charlotte, NC in 1995. After a long Finance career, she rekindled her early love of creating while taking an Animation class. She taught herself to paint and discovered her true passion.

As part of ArtPop’s class of 2024, Ann’s art was featured around the Charlotte region, nationally and even Times Square, NY several times throughout the year. Her work has also been recognized and accepted into numerous juried shows and publications. 

Ann’s work can currently be found at Carolina Fine Art in Charlotte, NC as well as Eight Legs Gallery in Waxhaw, NC.
