Angela Corey is an abstract artist and photographer. She specializes in alcohol ink. She also loves working with acrylic ink and paint. She studied art and photography at California State University, Sacramento.

Angela began painting with alcohol ink in 2018 after falling in love with the flow and pigment of the inks.

It is her goal to consistently challenge the artistic spark within and push the creative envelope. She is driven by the belief that art should be intertwined in everyone's life.

Her passion for abstract art runs deep into connections with nature and the emotions within. Working with fluid art, especially alcohol ink and navigating the intricate process of controlling the ink's movement to achieve the final outcome, is immensely satisfying. The biggest thing she has learned working with this medium, that has helped to shape her artist style, is remembering that there are no rules in art. Angela believes that abstract art gives an artist the ability to tell a story about emotions within while allowing the viewers to interpret what emotion the artwork makes them feel.
