04 Public Project: Taco+Bar mural

Taco+Bar clients: Butch TerHaar and SVB + Reckley Architects Holland, Michigan 2020 Two murals, one interior and one exterior, were created for a newly designed Southern Californian-style restaurant and bar. The clients chose a print and colors were matched directly from the original. The print is made with 5 distinct ink colors and passes in the screen printing process. However, due to transparency and layering in the print, the actual larger interior mural is 27 distinct colors. The finished mural designs are from two cropped sections of the 22 x 30″ original print.

05 Land | Ice | Line

2017 A collection of unique serigraphs inspired by the diverse environment and various landscapes found on Iceland. These are all one of a kind prints, created using silk screen techniques.

06 of Hundreds

A series of 137 unique screen prints made in Italy in 2005. This was where I began to suss out an independent way of printing, using a variety of learned silkscreen techniques, and figuring out how to break all of the rules. These anarchic methods distinguish this work from the commercial production that is usually associated with screen printing.

07 Continental Long Division

A series of photographed details of a much larger wall installation. Each print is limited to an edition of 16. They are 16 x 16" with a 1/2 " float off the wall. Because these prints are on aluminum, several of my clients have hung the work outside on their houses, by their pools or on a fence.
