Message
This tapestry is created with quilt-inspired sewing techniques using natural dyes. The composition was inspired by a month of nightly sunset watercolor paintings made in December 2021. The process of observing the skies became a ritual that began the process of understanding the many layers of what it means to live in a beautiful, yet isolated place.
