This wall-based work suggests a moment of suspension—an ephemeral structure poised between movement and stillness. Fine wire frameworks and translucent textiles are layered and manipulated to evoke tidal forms or currents caught mid-flow. Gilded elements and oxidised patinas trace the passage of time across the surface, while the interplay of light gestures to shifting water and sky. Held Between Light and Water offers a quiet meditation on impermanence and interconnectedness, where fragility becomes a form of strength.
