Susan Longini’s glass artworks celebrate the daily transitions of sunrise and sunset and are meant to be metaphors for the natural changes in our lives. Longini states, “Sunrise is a metaphor for new beginnings – of the day, an era, new possibilities, and hope – while a vibrant and colorful sunset is a metaphor for the end of a full day, an era, or a life fully lived.”
