The Everglades National Park provides the unique opportunity to explore new ways of approaching wilderness as an archive. The remnants of indigenous cultures in the Everglades are mediated by the land-submerged artifacts and burial mounds speak to the condition of human culture intertwined with the landscape. Through my work I present the connection between the cultural legacy of the Everglades and its ecology, how they are integrate with one another, as an unbroken lineage.
