Being raised in the PNW gave me a deep love of nature which inspires my art. At six I decided to be an artist, and I have always been on a creative adventure.
MessageThis flag is in honor of all individuals who have died violently in the name of American Democracy. Here it also represents all those who lost their lives in the name of justice and freedom.
Symbolizes the traditional folded flag that was draped on casket of military personnel. The flag is placed so the union blue field is at the head and over the left shoulder of the deceased. Usually after Taps has been played, the flag is carefully folded into the symbolic tri-corner shape. The 1st fold of the flag is a symbol of life. The 2nd fold is a symbol of the belief in eternal life. The 3rd fold is made in honor and remembrance of the veterans departing the ranks who gave their lives for the defense of the country.
