Barnyard Denizens

One painting of three chickens to serve as a teaser for a series of ten portraits of barnyard animals, inspired by a large painting (like 4 feet by 4 feet large) of a "Beltsville White" turkey done by Grandfather, Kenneth Gott. If it sounds strange, that's because it was.

Botanica Noir

Ten paintings of flowers, insects and birds, inspired by vintage botanical educational charts, available as limited edition, signed prints. All ten are available full-sized (as painted) or in a smaller version (60 percent of the original size). These were created during the first lockdown, when I found it helpful to keep looking down, with a steady focus on what was right in front of me.

Homemade Bouquets

Bouquets painted in my kitchen where light (and shadow) stream in all morning from tall windows right next to the table. The flowers are all from my decidedly wanting garden – no store-bought flowers – although I did "borrow" a few from my friend, Patty's, garden, around the corner.

Mad About Meyer Lemons

Thirty-seven paintings used to illustrate my book "Mad About Meyer Lemons," available as limited edition, signed prints

Potpourri

A few paintings that defy categorization.

A variety of fruits and vegetables, painted at my kitchen table, fresh forever, available as limited edition, signed prints.

Valley Views

No question about it, the Napa Valley is home to one world class view after another. The short drive (less than an hour) from Napa in the south to Calistoga in the north, reveals eye-popping vistas at every turn.
