A visual artist, photographer, director, and contemporary plastic artist, born in Cairo, Egypt. He received a Bachelor's degree in Art Education 1998 from Helwan University.
Member of the Syndicate of Fine Artists. He works and lives in Cairo.
Allam participated in many international cultural events around the world, group exhibitions abroad and at home, and international arts forums. Participated in a number of youth salon courses, successively from the 12th session. 13.14 and the General Exhibition (41) (42) (43) which is held in the Egyptian Opera House. Allam received a number of awards in the fields of photography
and painting, in addition to aquisitions by institutions and individuals inside and outside Egypt, including holdings in the Museum of Modern Art 2020. 2021 at the Egyptian Opera House.
