Layers of tissue paper, paint and oil pastels create this multilayered piece on a birch wood panel , size 9 x 12", making it very colorful, interesting and unusual. The price was reduced to reflect a small ding in the upper left corner. It is signed and the sides are painted blue. It was originally $150.
