Artist notes: Wickaninnish Beach is on the wild west coast of Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. This relaxed surf curls around our hearts such that we can momentarily forget recent raging winter storms. A quick painting sketch back at the cabin along with a few images carried the sensation of this day onto the canvas.
