I decided to celebrate New Year 2013 in a yoga retreat. Stimulated by an invitation to the Agriturismo "La Capitana", with a view of the island of Giglio, I left, as I do every year, the Families at home to devote time to myself. This trip was very special since I was able to visualize the first Yoga positions of STELLINA. I had finally discovered why Humanity needed so much to practice this ancient discipline. By reaching and breathing the same positions as the constellations, one is able to take Altitude and Elevate oneself to the Higher Part (of my Hourglass).
Fine Anno 2013 decisi di festeggiarlo con un ritiro yoga. Stimolata da un invito all'Agriturismo "La Capitana", con vista sull'Isola del Giglio, lasciai come ogni anno le Famiglie a casa per dedicare del tempo a me stessa. Questo soggiorno fu molto particolare in quanto riuscii a visualizzare le prime posizioni Yoga di STELLINA. Finalmente avevo scoperto perché l'Umanità ha tanto bisogno di praticare quest'antica disciplina. Raggiungendo e respirando le stesse posizioni delle costellazioni, si riesce a prender Quota ed ad Elevarsi nella Parte Alta (della mia Clessidra).
