OPERA OMNIA - RE FA from Renee Fabbiocchi

After attending a KYUDO school in Tokyo I recorded the Energy in this drawing. The teacher mainly informed us about the laws of Metaphysics, so I understood that this discipline had to do, like golf, more with Concentration and Visualization than in Emotion. In fact, one had to govern one's Emotions to achieve maximum results. So, I discovered that the Strength of such a Sport consists in KNOWING first of all how to hold the Bow in perfect parallelism with the body. Then, ideally, one had to breathe the Universal Coordinates (vertical) and the horizontal ones of the act of shooting itself as if they formed a cross together. I was amazed because in fact KYUDO is an act of faith. Only the one who in breathing follows these criteria will make a perfect throw.

Dopo aver frequentato una scuola di KYUDO a Tokyo ne registrai l'Energia in questo disegno. Il maestro ci informava soprattutto sulle leggi della Metafisica, per cui capii che questa disciplina aveva a che fare, come il golf, più nella Concentrazione e Visualizzazione, che nell'Emozione. Anzi, bisognava governare le proprie Emozioni per raggiungere i massimi risultati. Così scoprii che la Forza di tale Sport consiste nel Saper innanzitutto tenere l'Arco in un parallelismo perfetto con il corpo. Poi, idealmente, bisognava respirare le Coordinate Universali (verticali) e quelle orizzontali dell'atto stesso del tiro come se formassero insieme una croce. Restai allibita perché in effetti il KYUDO é un atto di fede. Soltanto colui nel respiro segue questi criteri farà un tiro perfetto.
