- Ann Stoddard
Ann Stoddard is an interdisciplinary artist working in installation, video, sculpture, site-work, and drawing. Stoddard is an adjunct art faculty at Montgomery College and Prince George’s Community College. She took graduate coursework in painting and drawing at Columbia University and received a Masters in Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Ann Stoddard is an interdisciplinary artist working in installation, video, sculpture, site-work, and drawing. A member of A.I.R. Gallery, Brooklyn, Stoddard has exhibited nationally. Stoddard’s honors include: 2021 Maryland State Arts Council Artist’s Award; 2020 Alternate Roots Professional Development Grant; 2019 Maryland State Arts Council Creativity Award; 2019 Independent Artist Award. Artist Fellowship 2017 (Prince-George’s-County-Arts-Council-MD); Juror’s Award ,“Art as Politics” Touchstone Gallery/DC/2016; 1st Prize i2015 MNCPPC Juried Exhibition “N/ever Again” Harmony Hall Art Center, MD; Chairman’s Award, 2002-Biennial/Peninsula-Fine-Arts-Center-VA. Stoddard’s exhibitions have been reviewed on NPR, and by The Washington Post, The Baltimore Sun, Athens News Review, The Milwaukee Sentinel, Sculpture Magazine, Afterimage Magazine, and other publications.
