Artist Bios:
Georgia Deal is a printmaker and papermaker whose mixed-media works on paper embody these processes. After Chairing the Printmaking and Papermaking area at the Corcoran School of Art & Design in Washington D.C. for many years. She recently has set up a new studio, Swannanoa Paper in Asheville, North Carolina.

Tom Ashcraft is an interdisciplinary artist and educator whose diverse practice is rooted in object making and participatory artwork. He is a founding member of Workingman Collective, a collaborative group of artists and other professionals whose membership, goals and missions change with each project. After 30+ years in the D.M.V., Tom is now based in Asheville, NC.
