Lighten up/Dipping into The Dark Space and Embracing It, 2020

Part of the Light and Dark series. The "spiral" is based on a sprout managing to emerge from under a rock. In this piece I was exploring "negative" and "positive" space. The balance of color, light and dark, define, support and hold different parts together.
