These fishing shacks at Willard Beach, South Portland, Maine, were washed into the sea during the most horrible of the nearly-weekly severe storms in the winter of 2024. I had spent January and February 2022 in South Portland and Cape Elizabeth. I loved these iconic shacks and decided to memorialize them in cyanotype.
