This painting was painted in-studio after seeing a number of these beauties in Central Park, Burlington, Ontario, at the community garden. Sunny is 12x24 inches, oil on standard canvas, framed in a complimentary black float frame. The original title for the painting was Sunflower Splendour under Azure Heights. "Sunny" seemed more to the point and personal, so I went with that in the end.
