“UnSettled Law” resembles an archeological dig through the history of abortion around the world. The term UnSettled Law comes from the legal definition of Settled Law, which refers to a law that has been part of our lexicon for so long that it cannot be overturned. Justice Kavanaugh, during his Supreme Court confirmation hearings, referred to Roe V Wade as Settled Law. Clearly, it is not and is in more danger of being overturned than ever before.
