What will remain? Will there be anything else on Earth after humanity? I believe that our planet Earth will survive. Maybe not forever, but it will definitely outlive humanity. We are just a small episode in cosmic events. All man-made things will disappear sooner or later, one after the other. Nature will have its power and take this planet back.
These thoughts led me to create this work of art. It is my version of the time after a city has lost its citizens in the long run. Only the reflection is visible in the structure, a fading memory of the particles - but in reality, skeletons of the former buildings and dust remain.
After this phase, nature can regenerate and make this planet a more stable and beautiful place. We will never know what will be after...
