“Glacial Meridian,” based on Tom Hegan’s images of glacial kettles, illustrates the impact that aerial and drone photography have had on my art. I recreated kettles in the geology of the painting with an oil and malachite pigmented glaze. My work evolves contemporaneously with advancing technology.
